Large rooms with beautiful contemporary decor. Nice rooftop pool with great views over the city. Convenient location near restaurants and supermarkets
Slow check-in process, experienced a delay in getting the room. Initial room had a strong smell of glue or paint.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Congonhas airport, making it easy to commute to and from. It is also in close proximity to a variety of good quality restaurants, providing ample dining options for guests. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious with a good selection of food and drinks.
The rooms are outdated, with furnishings that appear old and worn.

Luxurious amenities fulfilled my needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This hotel's spa & wellness center, sauna, heated outdoor swimming pool, and steam room were the highlight of my visit. Lounge on the sun terrace or relax on the sun loungers overlooking the garden area, this venue offers the perfect retreat.
There was one minor issue with the wifi being temperamental, but this was not a significant inconvenience. it was a fantastic stay in this hotel, and I appreciated the excellent service and exclusive private facilities.
